Travel Itenerary

Day 1: Arrival in Paro – Transfer to Thimphu

Arrive at Paro International Airport and begin your Bhutan adventure. After completing immigration, you’ll be transferred to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital city. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of the Paro Valley. In Thimphu, visit the Buddha Dordenma statue, Memorial Chorten, and Tashichho Dzong, a beautiful fortress-monastery. Explore the vibrant local market for some shopping and immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere.

Day 2: Thimphu Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore more of Thimphu’s cultural and natural landmarks. Visit the Changangkha Monastery and the National Library, home to ancient Buddhist texts. Explore the Handicrafts Market for local souvenirs, and visit Simply Bhutan, a living museum. Enjoy a hike or a relaxed day around the scenic areas of Thimphu.

Day 3: Drive to Paro

After breakfast, drive to Paro, known for its rich culture and breathtaking landscapes. A hike to the Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktshang), perched high on a cliff, offering one of the most iconic views in Bhutan. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing hot stone bath at a farmhouse following the hike. This provides an opportunity to experience the traditional charm of the farmhouse.

Day 4: Departure from Paro

On your final day, you will have some time to relax or explore Paro further before being transferred to the airport for your departure. The memories of your Bhutanese journey will stay with you long after you leave.
